Cold-rolled construction profile

The cold-rolled profile is a construction product used in the construction of buildings using frame technology and in the reconstruction of old premises. Building profiles are made of strong rolled steel (280, 350 grades) with a layer of galvanization to protect the products from corrosion. They are created in factory conditions by the method of cold rolling of metal strips on special machines. A special feature of ready-made galvanized steel profiles is their high strength with low weight. Ready-made cold-rolled products exist in two forms – as a linear element (profile) and as a flooring (roof and wall).

Application profile

Structures made of cold-rolled construction profiles are used in the construction of frames of industrial and commercial buildings, for the construction of residential low-rise buildings, quick-assembly modular structures, during works on the reconstruction of buildings. The framework of the structure is formed from light galvanized steel profiles, which are connected to each other with the help of bolts, self-tapping screws and rivets.
