Production of Non – standard Equipments

Our production facilities are equipped with machine tools and separate production lines of our own production. The company’s equipment, manufactured by the efforts of engineers and manufacturers, has passed the rigorous tests of work.

Based on the data obtained during operation, the main models of roll-forming mills for various purposes were improved, and their serial production was established. In addition, the company produces some models of pipe bending and edge-bending machines with both manual and electromechanical drives. A particularly successful and demanded project is the production of slitting lines for rolled steel with a thickness of up to 2 mm. The production and design department provides ongoing technical support in the after-sales period, maintenance and tooling for the release of new types of products at the request of the customer.

The export of equipment abroad confirms the quality of its manufacturing. The equipment produced by our company is constantly being improved and modernized during operation. The company’s goal in this direction of production is the mass production of high-quality, reliable equipment for the processing of sheet steel on the principle of Price-quality.
